Not all services are the same. And just as not all technical professionals are equals, neither are we as recruiters.

Cyber Security – Splunk – SIEM – Endpoint Security – Remote Working – up to £50,000 pa + benefits

I’m partnering with a global logistics client looking to hire an additional Cyber Security Analyst to join their team.

They are going through some exciting changes in their Cyber Security department, not least of which is the implementation of a new Managed Service solution as well as ongoing development and enhancement of their Threat Vulnerability Management platform and Endpoint Security tools.

This would suit someone who has a passion for Cyber Security and wants to get involved in end-to-end operations, be the point of contact for 3rd party vendors as well as vulnerability monitoring and management.

I am therefore keen to speak with candidates who have

  • A degree in Cyber Security and/or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of Threat Analysis, Vulnerability Assessment and Management, Endpoint Security and technologies
  • Experience of working with Splunk would be preferred
  • Understanding of Cloud, Networking and application technology
  • Familiarity with Industry Security Standards and Best Practices
  • Experience of Encryption and Security Testing would also be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, including the ability to act as main contact for 3rd parties as well as challenge, negotiate and influence decisions
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and adapt / manage priorities accordingly
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
