Cyber Security Engineer / Architect

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cyber Security Engineer / Architect to join a leading organisation in their Cyber Security Team. You will be joining an established and growing team, where you’ll be able to add value and make an impact

You will be involved in a wide range of challenging engagements for many of the largest financial services companies in the world.

This role can be based from Manchester, London or Bristol.

About the role:

As the Cyber Security / Engineer Architect, you will be helping clients protect, detect and respond to high end cyber threats, building out the specialist capabilities they need to counter threats and financial crime. Your role will also include:

• Utilising security architecture in defining security transformation
• Supporting the team with presales and business development activities
• Delivery of small to medium sized engagements as part of a team
• Advising on digital and technical aspects of Cyber security in cloud

About you:

As the Cyber Security / Engineer Architect, you will have proven knowledge and experience within security architecture, cloud security, and/or application security. In addition to this, the following experience would be highly beneficial to your application:

• Experience of delivering security in one or more of the following cloud service providers: GCP, AWS, Azure
• Recognised Cyber Security Qualifications such as CISSP
• Experience of defining and/or implementing security controls
• Able to work as part of a team and to deadlines
