IT Security specialist, Software Development environment (Agile)

A genuine exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced IT Security Specialist who is committed to running a secure R&D environment and be responsible for taking complete ownership of Software Security, Software Compliance and cyber defence. This will include promoting a security-oriented mindset within the organisation (physical, virtual and cloud). You will be responsible for the continuous development of overall security architecture covering information/cyber security, risk and compliance (Veracode, PCI, HIPAA, FIPS, NIST, etc).

It is ESSENTIAL you have sound experience of all matters related to software security and software deployment. This will including both internal and external threats, phyical and virtual. You must be tech savvy towards security technologies and bee happy to speak at conferences around the world.

It would be beneficial if you have any experience with any cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP and security certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP or CISM

This role would be ideally suited for ex Developers who have taken a career turn towards Software Security or Security Architecture.
