We have an outstanding opportunity for a Cyber Security Architect to join an established Northern business, based from their Leeds office. This is a newly developed role which promises plenty of autonomy and an excellent opportunity to play a critical role in driving the business forwards.
The successful individual will work closely with the Service Operations and Cyber Security teams and should bring an in-depth knowledge of security standards and complex IT systems, in addition to best practice security products.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting in and responding to cyber incidents
- Driving the company’s security strategy forwards alongside key individuals in related teams
- Developing and managing cyber policies and procedures
- Providing technical guidance and supervision for Security colleagues
- Designing and implementing key cyber security frameworks and processes
- Acting as Cyber Design Authority
- Providing assurance on proposed implementation and changes to both BAU and project landscapes
- Mentoring members of the team
Skills/Experience should include:
- Experience in a Cyber Architecture-type role
- Technical Design Authority
- ITIL Framework
- Cyber Incident Management
- AWS, Azure, 365
- Security Clearance
- SIEM/IDS/IPS Experience
- CISP or CISM
In line with government guidance, this role is offering remote-working with some travel to the company’s sites depending on the needs of the business. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven track record of designing, testing and implementing security systems and data.
We have a salary of £60,000 per annum on offer in addition to a 10% performance related bonus.
